Day 18 of 30: Happy Fathers Day

My dad and daughters at Disney 2014

Today is Father’s Day. I am so thankful to be blessed with two daughters in my life that mean so much to me. Everyday is an adventure with those two. I love watching them grow (although too fast at times) into the girls they are becoming. As their dad, I want to give them the love and support they deserve - just like my dad did for me growing up.

So, this blog post is dedicated to my dad, who is pictured above with my two girls. In this world, there is no one I look up to more. Without him, there would not be a Jamison Media Services.

My dad taught me to work hard without really saying it. He led by example.

My dad taught me to love your wife. Thank you for loving mom like you do.

My dad taught me to enjoy everyday with family. I definitely do.

My dad taught me to love the Cubs. I won’t ever delete our texts back-and-forth during the World Series.

My dad taught me to be patient with others. I’m still working on that one.

My dad taught me common sense in situations. I still go to him for wisdom.

My dad taught me to not boast. I try to stay humble.

My dad taught me not to envy what others have. I try be thankful for what I have.

My dad taught me to love the Lord. I try to instill that in my family.

Thank you, dad, for being the loving father that you are. I look forward to spending the day together.
