Website Overview: Team Noble Realtors
Team Noble Realtors is part of Landmark Realty in Princeton, IL. I had the pleasure of working on a website for them recently and to left you will see a screenshot of the entire homepage.
The goal of Team Noble was to have a website that featured each one of the realtors (Roxana, Beth and Kaye) and the properties they have listed.
To do this most effectively we installed a live IDX feed on their site. An IDX feed captures the listings of each realtor and whenever they enter a new listing or remove a sold property in their MLS it will automatically update on the Team Noble Realtors website.
If you are looking for a 3-bedroom home, for example, you can view all the listings that match with the property search on the homepage (located right below the realtors pictures). Or if you simply want to view all properties you can click on the properties menu item and view listings by commercial, residential or land/lot.
There are a lot of nice features on this website. For example, there is a mortgage calculator, a resource page, biographies of each realtor, and an opportunity to submit a listing that will be received by the team.
Below you can see an example of a property listing. The great thing about this is once one of the realtors enters all the home information into their MLS feed it will automatically populate on the website. This includes home features, photos, and price. It will also list if the sale is pending, an open house is coming up, or the price has changed.
